CrN（Titanium Alumium Nitride）

CrN (Chromium Nitride) coating has resistance up to 800℃ and abrasion resistance.

Its vickers hardness of about 1000 in the case of hard chromium plating of wet system,but a hard film with a Vickers hardness of about 1600 is obtained,in the case of CrN film by PVD coating,with excellent abrasion resistance.

Moreover,CrN coating also has excellent welding resistance with non-ferrous metals,and is also applied for surface coating to cutting tools of copper material,for example.
